We are thrilled to announce that Mara B is home happily resting and recovering from the surgery on her right eye. She was in the very capable hands of Dr. Yen and the surgery took less than an hour. We spent a few hours in the recovery room as it took her a little while to fully wake up from the anesthesia and she has been slumbering away all day! We have a follow-up tomorrow and the left eye gets worked on next week. A few small incisions by the doctor translate into a big step towards helping our little peanut see!
